Brown Brothers Structural Contractors provides load-bearing and interior wall removal and related structural work in the Twin Cities area. Submitting the quote form asks us to contact you. It is not a booking, a contract, or a commitment by either of us to do the work.

2. Quotes

We quote each project after we understand the work. A price is not final until we agree on it with you in writing. Our quote depends on the information you give us, so please describe the project as accurately as you can.

3. Your responsibilities

• Tell us the truth about the property and the work, including anything you know about hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead paint, or mold.
• Confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it.
• Tell us about utilities, access limits, and anything else that affects the work.

4. Special materials

Some materials and structures require specialized handling or licensed professionals. If your project may involve them, tell us when you describe it.

5. Scheduling

Start dates and completion times are estimates and can change because of weather, permits, access, and the condition of the work.
